Refund policy

The products sold on this website falls under non-returnable category due to hygiene and personal care nature of the product. Gift cards are also Non-refundable.

However, we will consider return/replacement of the products under following conditions:

• Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
• Wrong product delivered.
• Expired product delivered.
• Incomplete order – missing products.
• After the product(s) is received by us, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
